No Additional Cost

You will never receive a bill from us. As a master agency, we are reimbursed by the service providers to be your advocate and to assist with account management and service support. We are not salespeople and don’t have quotas to fill, so we won’t pressure you into contracts that don’t work. In fact, we can often help you get lower prices and better terms than you can directly from the provider!

Your success is our success! Since you are contracted directly with the provider(s) you choose, we only get paid if you keep your service with them. This model makes sense because it aligns your needs and priorities with our compensation, ensuring that our interests remain the same as yours. It’s simple: we don’t get paid unless you’re happy.

Our model is much different than working with a direct salesperson from a technology provider. That salesperson is not paid to work with you long term as your account manager. We are. We’ve been busy assisting clients since we opened our doors in 2002. In addition, that salesperson can only offer their provider’s solutions. Our selection of technology providers is unlimited. We are your service advocate and account manager for the long term. That is our goal and commitment to you.
